You can activate your Santander Card by two methods. The most accepted and well-known method is through the Santander Card Activation Online portal, other methods are by dialling Santander Credit Card Activation Number and by visiting nearby Santander ATMs.
Activate Santander Cards online
Just visit the Santander online banking portal and create or log in to your account by using your Personal/Customer ID.
- Then go to “My Details & Settings>Other Services”.
- Pick either Debit or Credit card services according to your preference and choose to activate your card.
- You will get an OTP(One Time Passcode) on your registered phone number.
- Then activate your card by putting OTP you received.
- You’ll soon receive a notification for activation of your card.
Activation by Phone
- Another way to activate your Santander Card is to make a call to Santander Credit Card Activation Number at 0800-456-1333.
- You can only call this number through the registered phone number linked to your Santander Bank Account.
- You’ll face an automated prompt, so just match the directions from there.
- After that, your card will be activated and ready to use in different places.
Activation by using your Card/ATM
- You can also activate your card by using it at your nearby Santander ATMs.
- This is a speedy process by just making a withdrawal or deposit from a Santander ATM.
- Debit Card Pin is necessary to activate the Santander Card.
